Realise their Dreams!
Dear friends,
Between 2nd – 16th June 2010, a group of Singaporean youths aged 15 – 35 years old will be embarking on a Youth Expedition Project (YEP) to help in Project Juley! . They will be assisting in the building of the 1st block of hostel which will house 15 – 20 Ladakhi children upon completion. Project Juley! YEP’s vision is to give young people a chance to explore the world and by doing so discover their potential as leaders and members of a team working together to make a difference.
Before embarking on the expedition, the youths are required to do their own fund raising and community projects locally. A youth will need $2,600 to embark on the expedition of which 20% of the costs will go directly to help the children of Ladakh.
We appeal to you to support by contributing financially to help transform the lives of not only the children of Ladakh, but also our local youths whom will be our future leaders.
We have now a fund raising package for anyone who will like to help our youths to embark on YEP. Should you be interested to help in the cause, do feel free to contact us or simply pop by Thekchen Choling (Singapore).
Thank you!
Team Juley! YEP
